Dr. Ian Pearson
About
Dr. Ian Pearson is a Board-Certified Periodontist who is also licensed to provide moderate IV sedation. Dr. Pearson received his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He then attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine and was awarded his D.M.D. degree cum laude. During his training at UNLV, his passion to understand the foundation of oral health drove him to pursue a specialty in Periodontics and Dental Implantology at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, where he graduated as chief resident. Dr. Pearson has held positions as a part-time clinical instructor at UCLA School of Dentistry and lecturer at the West LA VA Medical Center. Dr. Pearson is a professional member of the American Academy of Periodontology and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
